Join us at Bowl For Kids’ Sake!

Maybe you see it on one of the 15 billboards around Berks County or maybe you catch it on a commercial on the Food Network or one of the other 7 channels, the message is the same.  We want to see YOU at the 41st Annual Bowl For Kids’ Sake!

We are just over a month away from the first of three days of bowling for this year’s event, which is our largest internal fundraiser of the year.  Funds raised during Bowl For Kids’ Sake stay right here in Berks County to help fund the four (4) quality-driven mentoring programs here at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Berks County, PA.

It doesn’t matter if you have never bowled before or if you are an avid bowler, because it’s not about bowling…it’s about having FUN to HELP KIDS!

The 41st Annual Bowl For Kids’ Sake which takes place April 25th at Hiester Lanes and April 29th & 30th at Berks Lanes — and we want YOU to join us for some of that fun, food/refreshments, a free BFKS event t-shirt, and more!  We are now accepting registrations for bowling teams.  There are two ways to register or you can do both!

  • Call the agency at (610) 373-5544 to get your BFKS packet, which will allow you to collect donations using checks or cash.

  • Register on-line at https://give.classy.org/BerksBFKS2023 and you can collect donations using credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, or ACH.

Each team can have up to five (5) bowlers, and we ask that each team raise at least $300.  Individual bowlers who raise at least $150 are eligible for our Grand Prize Drawing of $500 worth of Boscov’s gift cards.

We are also looking for Littles Teams Sponsors!  Full sponsors are $300, and co-sponsors are just $150.  Companies and/or individuals serving as Littles Team Sponsors allow Littles & Bigs to bowl in their name, and enjoy all of the benefits that are other bowling teams enjoy.  Call Jim Smith for more information or go to https://give.classy.org/SupportBerksBFKS2023 to learn more (or pay) about being a Littles Team Sponsor or one of our Corporate Sponsors.
