41st BFKS is underway!

The first of three days of bowling is in the books!  The 41st Annual Bowl For Kids’ Sake kicked off at Hiester Lanes yesterday evening (Tuesday, April 25th) with all kinds of fun…all to help fund our mentoring programs here in Berks County.

Team BZ Fam from Body Zone made their debut at this year’s event in a big way — raising over $1,300!  They were joined by two teams from Kozloff Stoudt, the Wrecking Balls (one of seven teams from Diamond Credit Union this year), three teams from Brentwood Industries (The Bowling Stones, Minds in the Gutter, and Bowl with the Punches), the Reading Rollers team from Reading Truck, and Team Lisa.

We want to thank the staff at Hiester Lanes for their help along with the crew at Jersey Mike’s on 5th Street and Crumbl Cookies.  We also want to thank the Honor Students from Oley Valley High School who helps staff the event.

Check out all the scenes from Day #1 of Bowl For Kids’ Sake.  If you want to have as much fun as we had yesterday AND help Berks County youth, you still have time to join in…but you need to hurry!  Day #2 of BFKS happens on Saturday and Day #3 on Sunday at Berks Lanes.  Call (610) 373-5544 or go to https://give.classy.org/BerksBFKS2023 to find out how.
