41st Annual BFKS is fast approaching!

We’re just under a month until our first of three bowling days for this year’s Bowl For Kids’ Sake!  It is fast-approaching but still plenty of time for you to form your team and have some FUN to HELP KIDS!

We have only about 35 teams registered, so there is plenty of room for more teams to join.  Quaker Maid Meats — a strong participant for years — again has the most teams, so far.  Diamond Credit Union and Brentwood Industries are right up there.  Whether you are an individual team or your company wants to make a run for the most teams this year, we welcome you to the ranks!

Bowlin With My Homies — a team from our Prime Sponsor Tompkins — has raised the most money to-date with more than $1,100 already.  Three of their five bowlers have already qualified for our Grand Prize Drawing ($500 worth of Boscov’s gift cards) by individually raising over $150.  Watch out, Bowlin With My Homies though, because you’ve got some teams on your heels.  The BZ Fam — a new team from Body Zone — which registered just this week already has over $900 raised with three of its bowlers qualifying for the Grand Prize Drawing.  The Retired Rollers aren’t far behind, raising nearly $800.

Each team of up to five (5) bowlers is asked to raise at least $300, so thank you to those teams and many others who have reached the goal — but kept moving on!  All funds raised stay right here in Berks County to help provide our four (4) quality-driven mentoring programs.
