Casework Manager Kalyn Frobese last week nominated our Youth Activities Coordinator Brianna Reading for the Y-102 Random Acts of Kindness promotion. Brianna was selected as a winner, and was honored by Y-102 this past Friday. Congratulations, Brianna!
This is what Kalyn had to say about her co-worker: Brianna is one of our most dedicated and hard-working members here at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Berks County. She is a great role model to the at risk children that we serve, and oversees our group mentoring program for our Littles waiting to be matched with a Big, which is called the Club of Unmatched Littles (COUL). She plays a huge role in strengthening relationships with our COUL group mentor volunteer and Littles. She dedicates her time to planning fun and educational mentoring activities for our children, and tirelessly takes pride in what she does. The kids absolutely adore her and she goes out of her way to make sure they feel special. Brianna works very hard and dedicates many hours to the Littles and BBBS of Berks County. She is an outstanding member of the community and staff.
