Save the Date – Golf

Preparations for the 2018 Jason Claudfelter Invitational — our 17th annual golf fundraising event — are underway!

We thank our four (4) Title Sponsors, returning from last year, for their support of the event.  There are still opportunities for companies to join in that support:  a Major Sponsor is $1,000 and an Assisting Sponsor is just $500.  Also, companies and individuals are invited and encouraged to support our mentoring programs by serving as a Hole Sponsor (just $100).  For more information on the sponsorship opportunities, contact Executive Director Jim Smith at (610) 373-5544 or email him at

Of course, we can’t forget our golfers!  A foursome is just $360 ($90 per golfer).  Golfers get the round of golf (with carts); food/refreshments before, during, and after the round; and a THANK YOU give-away.  Golfers are also eligible to win door prizes throughout the round.  Prizes are awarded to the Top Three teams, and the Top Team has their name engraved on the coveted BBBS Golf Invitational Cup!

New feature this year — courtesy of our partners at AmFund — we will have a silent auction in which you have a chance to win a trip to some exciting locations around the world.  Trips will be able to be redeemed any time over the next three years…with no blackout dates.  “Where to” you might be asking?  No…no…no…not giving that information away so easily.  Keep checking back for additional information as our preparations for the 2018 Jason Claudfelter Invitational continue.  It will be worth the wait!
