Little Sister Gladys is looking for an active Big Sister who can broaden her horizons. Our Little of the Month for September says she’d like her Big Sister to be patient and kind…a Big she can confide in and trust. LS Gladys says she’d like a Big Sister who could spend one-on-one time with her, encourage her interests, and make a positive difference in her life.
You can make a difference in the life of a child just like LS Gladys. Adult volunteers are needed to be a friend and a positive role model. Activities that Bigs do with Littles may include hiking, cooking, gardening, sports, movies, bike riding, day trips, and so much more. Remember, it’s not about making time to be a Big…but rather about including a Little in your everyday activities.
