Installing the New Email Address on the Employee’s Computer

  1. Make sure you have the email address and password from adding the email address in an easy to reference spot.

 

  1. Open up Outlook

 

  1. Click on File in the Top Menu

  1. Click Add Account

 

  1. Fill in information under Email account. Make sure to utilize the user name and password set up during the adding the email address to the server process.
  2. Click Next
  3. Click Allow when the warning message pops up.

  1. Outlook will complete some processes automatically. If everything completed successfully, you will have a final message of
