TEEN Little Brother Randy reaches new heights!

TEEN is an alternative mentoring program open to existing Little Brothers & Little Sisters ages 13 and above (Matched or COUL).  Activities are held at least once per month.

TEEN is a program FOR teens RUN BY teens.  The TEEN Executive Committee is comprised of five teens -- elected by their fellow teens -- assisted by three adult advisors.  The TEEN Executive Committee meets at least every other month to plan and coordinate activities for the program.

Eighteen and nineteen year old Little Brothers & Sisters will act as peer mentors to younger Littles in the program, including assisting with COUL activities.

TEEN teaches adult-life skills, while working to ensure that our Little Brothers & Little Sisters graduate high school.  Long Term Goals for our teens through the TEEN Program are:

Acceptance into an institution of higher learning
     Job placement
     and/or
     Job training

Self-confidence and teamwork are the keys to success, as TEEN participants negotiate a ropes course.

TEEN goes to Washington DC!  Could there be a future Congressman or President in the mix?
